52 year old Steven Corder has been charged with first-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree assault.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 28 at a home in the 11000 block of Highway M in Warren County.  The victims told authorities that Corder and another unknown man armed with a knife forced their way into their home.  Corder allegedly sprayed the victims with tear gas and struck them in their faces and bodies while the other suspect remained in the house. Authorities say that the victims had lacerations and other injuries on their faces. Corder was found a few days later and admitted to the attack.
